Open Bible Churches is pleased to announce that Bruce Pfadenhauer’s reappointment as regional executive director has been ratified by the Central Region ministers.

The appointment process began in prayerful consultation with all members of the regional board, continued with a leadership assessment and conferral with Bruce about the findings, was followed by President Randall Bach’s appointment and national board approval, and concluded with the regional ministers’ ratification. That is a multi-layered, confirmational witness.

Rev. Pfadenhauer said,

Thank you to everyone who participated in the process of my reappointment: President Bach, the national board, the regional board, regional staff, and regional credentialed ministers. Our new vision for this season in the region has energized me as we aim for NOW Healthy Churches, NEXT Generation Leaders, and NEW Church Plants. We can only accomplish this with the favor and anointing of the Lord, so we ask Him to help us be faithful and fruitful.”

Bruce has served as the Central Region Executive Director since July 1, 2010. A former pastor, he also serves as vice-president of Open Bible Churches. Bruce’s new four-year term will begin on July 1, 2022, and extend through June 30, 2026.
