Launching Southeast School of Ministry

Next spring (2023) Open Bible’s Southeast Region will launch Southeast School of Ministry (SESOM), an important training opportunity for new leaders.

While the region is targeting college-age students and high school juniors and seniors for this training, the course is open to anyone who wants to pursue God’s call on their life. Students do not have to be from an Open Bible church or from Southeast Region. Because classes will be conducted in an online community format, students can engage from anywhere they can get internet access. Classes will be interactive and facilitated by an experienced ministry leader. SESOM has not sought certification from Open Bible Churches that applies studies toward meeting ministerial credentialing requirements.

In September the region hosted a free six-week introductory course online for prospective students to explore SESOM.

If you are interested in SESOM, please email nathan@obcse.org or deodathmathai@msn.com or visit https://www.sesom.org/default.aspx
